The Entrepreneur’s Source Shares Tips to Escape the Battered Career Syndrome
The Entrepreneur’s Source shares tips to escape Battered Career Syndrome® in Multiple TV Features. Lori Tyll and Joe Barone from The Entrepreneur’s Source Spread the Word About Possibilities, Options, and Dreams
The Entrepreneur’s Source® (TES), North America’s leading alternative career coaching franchise, is providing workers with details on how to escape employment and embrace empowerment. Two leading voices with the career coaching franchise, Lori Tyll and Joe Barone, were featured during segments on highly-rated local TV newscasts.
The Entrepreneur’s Source® has been helping people across the country fulfill their dreams of business ownership for 35 years. As part of their year-long celebration, TES is renewing their mission to spread the word about escaping Battered Career Syndrome and helping you embrace your personal Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, and Equity goals.
Both Tyll and Barone provided viewers across the state of Connecticut with actionable advice designed to help them evaluate their Possibilities, Options, and Dreams.
In Norwalk, Connecticut, The Entrepreneur’s Source’s Lori Tyll talked about Battered Career Syndrome® with award-winning journalist Gwen Edwards on the set of “Our Lives” exclusively on News 12 Connecticut, a 24-hour local news service.
“Battered Career Syndrome® is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result… and it doesn’t happen,” Tyll explained.
Tyll shared with viewers her own, very personal story involving her husband, who spent his life grinding away at his corporate job, spending countless days on the road away from family, only to pass away on a plane on a return trip home. “It’s time to look at your career and start looking at what is out there for you,” Tyll strongly advised.
In Hartford-New Haven, Connecticut, TES Career Ownership Coach™ Joe Barone visited the set of WTNH’s “Good Morning Connecticut”. He explained The Entrepreneur’s Source® process: “We have a process, a methodology and what we do is we get to know our clients really well. We dig deep into their goals, their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, and Equity goals. We understand their transferable skills. More importantly, we help them understand the dangers, the opportunities and the strengths that they bring to the table and that they are experiencing. And hopefully, we can bring them from employment to empowerment by becoming a business owner in either in a business or a franchise opportunity.”
“The good old days of staying with one company for your entire career and expecting long-term job security are gone,” says Terry Powell, CEO and Visionary Founder of The Entrepreneur’s Source®. “There’s a good reason a majority of American workers feel trapped,” Powell says, “because what they really want is to become self-sufficient.”
