The Entrepreneur’s Source^® , North America’s leading career transition coaching franchise, celebrated the company’s 35^th anniversary in 2019 with systemwide growth, technological advancements and a continued commitment to providing prospective clients with the resources they need when defining the goals, needs, and expectations about their future.

Founded in 1984, The Entrepreneur’s Source^® (TES) is the first and only true transition coaching referral network.  TES has grown continuously since it started franchising in 1998.  It has added 48 new franchisees to the system over the last two years and plans to continue that growth into the new decade.

TES exceeded its goals of assisting its franchisees with their business development efforts throughout the course of 2019, which enabled them to spend more time coaching clients on their career transition.  The company helped more than 4,500 clients explore the possibilities of self-sufficiency in their career 2.0 in 2019.

TES also added a virtual discovery center in which clients can advance their education and awareness when learning about the career possibilities available to them. Clients are able to navigate their career path and learn answers unique to their personal journey and can access this user-friendly platform at their own convenience.
