The Entrepreneur’s Source® (TES), North America’s leading alternative career coaching franchise, hosted their 17th Annual Conference from Sunday, September 18th, 2016 to Sunday, September 25th, 2016.   This year’s theme, “The Power of We,” was representative of the conference’s purpose as the largest private annual gathering of franchise brands and coaches – to inspire effective and profitable collaboration between all attendees.

“I am so proud of the awards, announcements, and franchise success stories we were able to celebrate during this year’s annual conference,” said Terry Powell, Visionary Founder of The Entrepreneur’s Source. “Most specifically, I am inspired by the success of our coaches that was highlighted exceptionally well throughout the conference by a series of awards and videos. I loved seeing powerful examples of the impact we make at TES as our coaches were honored for helping franchise brands grow by matching them with passionate franchise seekers who fit their franchise family. I applaud our coaches, our franchise brand partners, and our home office for the best conference to date!”

Every year since the first conference in 1999, hundreds of the leading minds in franchising have gathered for The Entrepreneur’s Source Annual Conference.   During the conference, over five hundred TES coaches and franchise brand representatives met to discuss their business concepts and determine how to best introduce the franchise to seekers as they conduct their due diligence process.

This meeting-of-the-minds has proven so powerful that the conference has grown each year of its existence.   And according to the numbers, the 2016 Annual Conference was the most successful yet.   Consider the following:

  • A record number 550 of franchise executives, coaches and staff members attended The Entrepreneur’s Source Annual Conference at the Marriott Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
  • Compared to 2015, 75% more TES coaches were recognized as members of The Entrepreneur’s Source “Six Figure Club.”
  • And there were so many new faces as there were 20 new coaches and 130 franchise brand partners in attendance.

“We’ve been helping people change their lives and realize their dreams of effective franchise ownership for more than 30 years,” said Powell. “And it’s such a dream come true to me to be able to see how our franchise model has helped our coaches thrive as business owners themselves when we gather for the conference each year.   I’m looking forward to next year’s conference already!”
