This week on Franchise Friday, host Paul Segreto will be joined by The Entrepreneur’s Source franchise owner and marketing expert Isabell Estes. Paul and Isabell will discuss how to achieve life balance through franchising. Isabell will also discuss her personal experience breaking the glass ceiling within the franchising industry.
About Our Guest – Isabell Estes
Isabell Estes is the franchise owner of The Entrepreneur’s Source in Tulsa, Oklahoma, an international network of business ownership coaches who work with individuals and companies considering franchising as a career alternative or a method of expansion. She also provides B2B coaching and support to existing businesses.
Prior to opening the Tulsa branch, she worked several years in marketing and public relations for Tele-Communications Inc., Tulsa Public Schools and TV Guide. She also had her own public relations and marketing consultancy called Estes Communications. She opened the Tulsa office of The Entrepreneur’s Source in order to assist others in what she did for herself.
A graduate of the University of Tulsa, her breadth of business experience includes driving brand awareness for a national cable network; corporate restructuring of the largest domestic cable operator in the world; benchmarking best-practices companies such as Southwest Airlines and Federal Express; lobbying at the state and federal level; media training top executives and developing and implementing strategies that have led to consecutive and successful bond elections.
She is a past board president of Leadership Tulsa, a SCORE counselor and a member of Fellowship Bible Church. She is the 2008 Women in Business Champion for the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce, the 2009 Women In Business Champion for the Oklahoma SBA, 2013 WEBB Crystal Award winner and 2013 Marketing Trendsetter Award winner.
