5 Things to Love About Career Ownership Coaching™

A Career Ownership Coach™ at The Entrepreneur’s Source is trained to learn about your wants and needs and help you use them to your advantage as you search for the next version of your career. Read Andrew Brown’s story to learn what you’ll love about our unique coaching process.

1. We’re ready for your next transition—even when you’re not.

Aspiring Entrepreneur Andrew Brown had worked for 15 years in the world of corporate finance when things suddenly changed. He wasn’t ready for the changes and didn’t have a plan, but what Andrew did have was an epiphany. “I thought: I can keep applying for these jobs in an industry that I know, but I realized I was kind of bored with that. The reality is, [my wife Jennifer and I] were interested in trying something new.”

2. We’ve been in your shoes.

While a career change into entrepreneurship wasn’t something he felt totally prepared for, Andrew found a guide to help show him the possibilities ahead of him. He began working with an Entrepreneur’s Source Career Ownership Coach. TES Coach Jan Claesson understood Andrew’s struggle because he’d gone through something similar himself when he started with TES in 2016.

3. We meet you where you are in your transition.

Jan has always been a people person. He enjoys working with people and learning about their drive and goals. And that makes him the kind of coach we strive to find at TES.

“My motivation has always been people and business,” says Jan. “Trying to understand them and create environments where they can flourish and perform above their expectations. It’s a privilege to work with people, get to know them a little bit and eventually leave them with  clarity and an open mind that will get them on a path  of education, awareness, and discovery.”

4. We help you find career options you never anticipated.

Andrew confesses he’s not the stereotypical “idea man”. He felt he needed something that would allow him to play to his strengths, but he wasn’t sure what. Jan helped him learn more about what was out there.

“We went in keeping an open mind. I would say that it’s a good idea to go into the education process with your eyes wide open and to not be held back by your pre-conceived notions.

5. We help you find your idea way forward.

Andrew says franchising was a better choice for him than starting a business from the ground up. “I have a good sense of how things should run and customer service, but I tend not to be strong on the sales side. A franchise is giving you the playbook, and you have a product. In my mind, a lot of the basics have been built, I just need to follow the proven system. That fits my personality better.”

Andrew and Jennifer realized franchising offered the best path to achieving their personal Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, and Equity™ goals. They felt it offered the best combination of brand strategy and franchise leadership. Approximately three months after they first met with Jan, the Browns decided on their future.

Would like to have more control over your professional life, while enjoying the Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity™ you deserve? We’d love to talk about it with you.
