The Entrepreneur’s Source Names Susan Scotts 2018 Coach of the Year
The Entrepreneur’s Source Names Susan Scotts 2018 Coach of the Year. Making Dreams Come True: TES Celebrated Scotts with Prestigious Award at Annual Conference
The Entrepreneur’s Source® (TES), North America’s leading alternative career coaching franchise, named Florida-based alternative career coach Susan Scotts as the recipient of their prestigious Coach of the Year Award. The announcement was made at The Entrepreneur’s Source’s 19th annual conference held September 28 – 30 at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The Coach of the Year award goes to the coach who:
- Best exemplifies the qualities and spirit of The Entrepreneur’s Source.
- Fosters strong client-coach relationships by embracing their role as a sentinel of their clients’ dreams.
- Demonstrates their belief in possibilities by helping their clients look at options they typically would have prematurely dismissed.
- Gives back to the system and fellow coaches.
- Embodies the mission and values of our organization.
Susan Scotts takes great pride in helping people discover their personal potential by helping them pinpoint the key components that contribute to overall happiness and satisfaction with life. The Entrepreneur’s Source calls that your I.L.W.E.™— Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, Equity.
“Susan talks the talk AND walks the walk,” says Terry Powell, the Visionary Founder and game changer of The Entrepreneur’s Source. “Before she became an e-Source coach, Susan was suffering from what we call Battered Career Syndrome herself. She was working long hours, she had little time off for herself and her interests, and there was little opportunity for vertical advancement. Just like so many of the seekers who reach out to us at TES, Susan felt years of frustration herself. I believe that’s one of the many reasons she is so effective as a TES coach.”
Scotts says she chose to work with The Entrepreneur’s Source because she wanted to be a part of their success. “The TES coaches were well-informed, and their clients were always highly engaged.”
Along with realizing her own dream work schedule right from her home office, Scotts’ work as an eSource coach has allowed her to take time off to help care for her mother, to travel, and enjoy hobbies such as tennis. But Scotts says all of that still doesn’t match the feeling of helping others achieve their dreams, especially her veteran clients who are transitioning out of the military. “One of my clients sent me a note which I keep on my desk to this day that said, ‘Thank you for changing my life! You’re changing the world one person at a time!’”
